Desert Wind ProductionsThis site contains a collection of Stan Schweitzer's video, audio, and other artistic endeavors from this point in time and beyond. Most of the items within are free for your inspection. 'Plazmavisions' and the audio CD, 'Naturally', by the Bond Brothers, are linked to Amazon.com for purchase. There is a large collection of free music on audio players and a selection of video clips from the DWP archives. There is literature, some for the kids. ‘The Red Hop Toad’ is and environmental lessen about a strawberry dart frog in Costa Rico. The most resent building project completed is the Desert Wind Productions Studio shown below. Basically, the facility is a well equipped production playground where I hang out and produce what ever comes to mind. It will be fun to share the results with you.
The facility is run by Stephen and Stan Schweitzer. Stan is the designer, builder, engineer and producer. Stephen handles video editing, camera and whatever grip functions required. Things move along at a meandering pace, but things are moving. Plazmavisions, 'Stan's World' is in the can and is available on Amazon. The Bond Brother's CD 'Naturally', is in the Music folder and also available at Amazon. 'Years fly By', an audio CD of music featuring 'Poor Man's Revenge', hopefully will be complete by fall. 'Poor Boys Video Studio' and 'Closet Pot' are in the pipe line. 2011 will be a busy year and hopefully a good as '10'.
Stan is a graduate of both the University of Oregon and San Jose State University in California, with a BS in film and a BA in studio arts. That, coupled with forty years of construction and farming experience, has provided him with a diverse view of the natural world that surrounds all of us. Stan is has always been a busy bee and this site is a collection of his various activities from audio video to writing, construction, and what ever else crosses his mind. Welcome to Stan's World.
